Critical Fitness Training

Our recommended personal trainers are based at Critical Fitness Training in Wye, Ashford. 

 

Greg and Hollie offer tailored sessions, boot camps and group activities in their onsite gym and outside training area. They also have six week programmes designed to kick start your fitness and get you on the right track.

Combining your PSP treatments with personal training or boot camps at CFT will greatly improve strength, mobility and general fitness.
